How Your Donations Help Opossums

Every donation we receive directly benefits opossums and supports our mission to protect and promote these amazing creatures. Your contributions help us cover essential costs such as maintaining this website, providing food and shelter for rescued opossums, offering medical care, rehabilitation, and handling transportation needs. We are also prepared to address any unexpected situations that arise in the care and support of opossums.

While donations are not yet tax-deductible, every contribution is greatly appreciated. Our team consists of passionate volunteers who invest both time and money into this project because of our love for opossums and our dedication to their well-being.

Scholarships & Charitable Giving

In addition to direct opossum care, we are committed to fostering the next generation of environmental leaders.

Your donations help fund scholarships at local community colleges for students studying environmental science, wildlife management, conservation, or related fields. These scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate a passion for opossums through research, fieldwork, or other projects determined by their schools.

Although we are newly established, we have already created scholarships at two colleges, supporting students in their academic and professional journeys.
